Photography Class for Kids

Children aged 8 to 13 are invited to bring a camera or smartphone and explore the world of creative photography. In this playful, beginner-friendly class, we’ll cover the basics and explore key concepts like composition, the rule of thirds, light and shadow, and more. Young photographers will try out fun lens hacks and experiment with simple techniques to create unique visual effects.

The session begins with an easy-to-follow theory intro, then we head out to put ideas into action through hands-on shooting. It’s a fantastic way to build visual storytelling skills, boost creative confidence, and see the world through a new lens!

No experience needed – just bring a camera! This can be a smartphone, compact digital camera, or DSLR—whatever your child is comfortable using.

Note: We won’t cover DSLR manual settings or technical camera functions. The focus is on creativity, observation, and visual storytelling using any camera.
