VegasNow Casino Australia: pokies, live tables and the terms behind them
VegasNow puts pokies, live dealer tables, game shows and a sportsbook into one account, operated by Just Entertainment B.V. and licensed in Curaçao. This page sets out the welcome package, the AU cashier, the account rules and where to get help, so you can check the detail before you deposit. Adults 18+ only.
VegasNow at a glance
If you only read one part of this page, make it this table. It gathers the points Australian players ask about most, using the figures in our current AU terms, offer pages and cashier, and every row is expanded further down.

|---|---|
| Company behind VegasNow | Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company no. 160603) |

Two rows trip people up. The A$8,000 figure adds four separate offers together, so no single deposit unlocks it. And the cashier works differently in each direction: a card can fund your balance, yet cards are absent from the AU withdrawal table, so the way money comes back to you deserves some planning from day one. These figures were checked against our pages in November 2026; if the cashier inside your own account shows something different, the cashier is the one that applies to you.
The VegasNow welcome package, stage by stage
New accounts can claim four matched offers in a row. The percentage drops at each step while the ceiling stays high, and every stage comes with free spins attached. Stages two, three and four need a code typed in at the cashier; stage one does not.
| Deposit | Match rate | Max bonus | Spins | Code | Deposit needed for the max |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 150% | A$1,500 | 200 | None | A$1,000 |
| 2nd | 100% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS2 | A$2,000 |
| 3rd | 50% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS3 | A$4,000 |
| 4th | 25% | A$2,500 | 200 | VEGAS4 | A$10,000 |
Add up the last column and you get A$17,000. That is what it would take to collect every dollar of the package, which is why we describe the headline as a ceiling rather than a target. The percentages behave the same at A$50 as they do at A$5,000, so a smaller deposit simply earns a smaller, proportionate bonus.
Conditions attached to every stage
- Minimum: A$20 per offer, although the payment method's own minimum applies first.
- Wagering: 40× the bonus, and the same 40× on whatever the free spins win.
- Time limit: 7 days from the moment the bonus is credited.
- Bet size: A$8 is the most you can stake on one bet until the bonus is cleared.
- Cash-out ceiling: A$5,000 per offer from bonus play.
- Free-spin winnings: capped at A$300 for the welcome spins, which are released once you have played the deposit through one time.
- No stacking: a second bonus cannot start while one is running, and welcome funds work on casino and live casino games only.
All of this sits on top of the general bonus terms, which carry the date 26 February 2024. You are free to decline any bonus, and the welcome bonus page walks through every stage in more depth.
Worked example: A$100 at each VegasNow welcome stage
Percentages are easier to judge as dollars. Here is what happens if you deposit the same A$100 four times and accept each welcome offer as it comes.
| Stage | Deposit | Bonus credited | Wagering at 40× | Average per day over 7 days |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st (no code) | A$100 | A$150 | A$6,000 | about A$857 |
| 2nd (VEGAS2) | A$100 | A$100 | A$4,000 | about A$571 |
| 3rd (VEGAS3) | A$100 | A$50 | A$2,000 | about A$286 |
| 4th (VEGAS4) | A$100 | A$25 | A$1,000 | about A$143 |
Across the four stages that comes to A$400 deposited, A$325 in bonus funds and A$13,000 of total wagering, with each stage running on its own seven-day clock. Stage one carries the heaviest load by far: A$6,000 of qualifying bets inside a week.
Why your choice of game changes the maths
Only the counted share of each bet reduces the requirement. On most pokies the full stake counts, so A$6,000 of spins clears stage one. Roulette counts at 25%, which stretches the same requirement to A$24,000 of roulette bets. Blackjack and game shows count at 10%, so you would need A$60,000 at those tables, and baccarat counts nothing at all.
The A$8 bet ceiling also puts a floor under the number of rounds. At A$8 a spin, A$6,000 takes 750 spins; at A$2 a spin it takes 3,000. The free spins add a little on top. Suppose the 200 first-stage spins return A$30: that A$30 carries its own 40× requirement, another A$1,200 of wagering, and the spins only land once the A$100 deposit has been played through one time.
Pokies in the VegasNow lobby
Our pokies section can be searched by title, narrowed with the studio filter, and trimmed to a personal shortlist by saving the games you come back to. Studios named in that filter include Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Belatra, Relax Gaming, Quickspin and Big Time Gaming, along with plenty of smaller houses. If a title does not show for you, availability can differ between accounts and regions, so search the exact name before assuming it has gone. A selection from our current catalogue:
| Title | Studio shown in our catalogue |
|---|---|
| Wanted Dead or a Wild | Hacksaw Gaming |
| Elvis Frog in Vegas | BGaming |
| Scales Of Dead | Play'n GO |
| Gates of Olympus | Pragmatic Play |
| Gonzo's Quest 2: Return to El Dorado | NetEnt |
| Book Of Ra Magic | Novomatic |
| Snoop Dogg Dollars | BGaming |
| Blast the Bass | Belatra |
| Book of the Fallen | Pragmatic Play |
| Hidden Valley | Quickspin |
Watch the edition names. Gates of Olympus Super Scatter is listed as its own game, separate from the original, and Book Of Ra Magic is a different release from Book of Ra deluxe. A sequel or spin-off can share a theme and still play very differently.
Reading a pokie's rules: the Chilli Heat example
Every title has a rules or paytable panel, and that panel is the reliable description of what the game does. Pragmatic Play's Chilli Heat shows why it matters. Its grid is five reels wide and three rows deep. Six or more money symbols start a feature of three respins, during which the money symbols stay in place and each fresh one that lands resets the counter. Free spins are a separate round, set off by three scatters. Those details belong to that specific game, so read the panel for the exact title you open rather than assuming a similar-looking pokie behaves the same way.
What RTP does and does not tell you
RTP, short for return to player, is an average worked out across an enormous number of rounds. It describes how a game is built, not what your session will return; an evening's play can land well above or well below it, and nothing about recent spins makes a win more likely next. Set your budget on the assumption that any dollar staked may be lost. Our pokies page goes further into features, jackpot labels and how to read a paytable.
VegasNow live casino and game shows
The live section streams real dealers and presenters, and it falls into four broad families. Telling them apart is worth a minute, because each family has its own rules, its own table limits and its own share counted towards bonus wagering. Limits can differ from table to table, so check the one you sit at rather than assuming the whole lobby matches.
Roulette
Tables in our catalogue include Lightning Roulette, Fortune Roulette from Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution's Ruleta en Español and a Live88 roulette table. Roulette counts 25% towards wagering.
Blackjack
Several rooms run side by side, among them Emerald Blackjack, Ruby Blackjack 72, VIP Blackjack 9 and Live88's Blackjack 8 Español. Blackjack counts 10%.
Game shows
Evolution's Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Big Baller, Super Color Game and Balloon Race are presenter-led shows rather than card or wheel tables. They count 10%.
Baccarat and poker
Baruto Baccarat from Live88 and Evolution's Three Card Poker complete the mix. Baccarat counts 0%, so it never moves a bonus requirement.
Crazy Time in plain terms
Crazy Time is a big wheel with numbered segments plus four bonus games: Coin Flip, Cash Hunt, Pachinko and a Crazy Time round of its own. You only share in a bonus game if you put a bet on that segment before the wheel spun; watching does not put you in it. The results board on screen lists past spins and nothing more. Each spin stands alone, so a long gap since a bonus does not bring the next one closer.
If a live round drops out
Connections fail now and then. Before contacting us, jot down which table you were at, the clock time with its time zone, any round reference displayed and the device in use. Then open your account history, which shows how the bet was settled. Our live casino page explains each format in more depth.
Payments at a glance: the VegasNow AU cashier
The Australian cashier lists these deposit methods. Figures are per transaction and in Australian dollars unless a coin is named.
| Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard | A$30 | A$10,000 |
| MiFinity | A$30 | A$4,000 |
| Cashtocode voucher | A$25 | A$400 |
| Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC | No published maximum |
| Ethereum | 0.002 ETH | No published maximum |
| Tether (USDT) | 5 USDT | No published maximum |
| LTC, XRP, DOGE and other coins | Set coin by coin | No published maximum |
| Withdrawal route | Range |
|---|---|
| MiFinity | A$30 to A$4,000 |
| Bank transfer (Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire) | A$300 to A$6,000 |
| Cryptocurrency | Per coin, for example from 0.0002 BTC or 20 USDT |
Plan both directions before you pay
A few numbers show why. An A$25 deposit fits only Cashtocode, since cards and MiFinity start at A$30. An A$4,500 deposit is too large for MiFinity's A$4,000 ceiling, which leaves card or crypto. On the way out, an A$200 balance falls short of the A$300 bank-transfer minimum, so it would leave by MiFinity or crypto.
We cover our own deposit costs, but your bank, wallet or exchange may add a fee or a conversion margin, and provider charges on withdrawals are borne by you. With crypto, confirm the network as well as the coin before sending, because the coin name alone does not tell you which network the cashier expects. Our payments page lists every coin and its range.
Once a deposit lands, compare the credited amount with what you sent. If a conversion happened along the way, any gap is a question for whoever converted it, not a reason to send the money a second time.
Account rules that shape your VegasNow balance
Separate from any bonus, our account terms (v2.3 of 20 January 2024) set a handful of rules for everyone. They decide when money can leave and how quickly large sums move.
- 3× deposit turnover. Each deposit must be turned over three times before the money linked to it can be cashed out. Otherwise the request may be declined, or a processing fee deducted.
- Your name only. Every payment method must belong to the account holder.
- One person, one account, except where we expressly allow otherwise.
- Verification on request. We can ask for identity or payment documents. You upload them in the Documents area of your profile, where their status is also shown.
- Instalments. Large amounts may be paid out in parts rather than one transfer.
| Calendar period (UTC) | Withdrawal cap in the terms |
|---|---|
| Day | A$6,000 |
| Week | A$12,000 |
| Month | A$42,000 |
Two quick calculations make these concrete. An A$200 card deposit needs A$600 of play before it counts as withdrawable under the 3× rule, a separate requirement from any bonus wagering. And an A$15,000 balance is larger than one week's A$12,000 cap, so it would come out over at least two calendar weeks.
The periods run on UTC rather than your local clock. During daylight saving, a new UTC day begins at 11am in Sydney and Melbourne, 10am in Brisbane and 8am in Perth, which is worth knowing if you are timing a request against the daily cap.
Following a withdrawal stage by stage
A withdrawal passes through several hands, and a vague question gets a vague answer. Name the stage you are asking about:
| Stage | The useful question |
|---|---|
| Requested | Has the request been logged, and what is its reference? |
| Under review | Is any document or wagering condition still outstanding? |
| Approved and sent | Is there a transfer reference I can give my provider? |
| Received | Do the amount and currency match what was sent? |
When an estimate is given, ask which stage it covers and whether it counts calendar days or business days. Keep the original request time in every follow-up so the timeline never restarts.
Your VegasNow account, from sign-up to verification
Create the account
Press Join Now and fill in the form: your account details, country, currency and birth date. A confirmation email follows, so use an inbox you can open. Choosing AUD keeps your balance in the same currency as the figures on this page.
Sign in on the right address
After the redirect, make sure you are on vegasnow.com before typing a password. Lost it? Use Forgot Password on the Log In screen and follow the email we send. Never open a second account to get around a lock.
Verify when asked
Verification is a step of its own, separate from sign-up, and it is required before withdrawals. Upload files only through the Documents area in your profile and note what you sent and when.
Set limits before you play
The deposit limit and self-exclusion settings are part of your account. A limit chosen calmly before the first deposit is far easier to stick to than one set mid-session.
Keeping verification tidy
Read a document request closely before replying. Proving who you are and proving a card or wallet belongs to you are different questions, and each needs different paperwork. If the wording is unclear, ask which document is wanted and which details must stay visible, and send nothing beyond that. Keep three things together: the date of the request, the confirmation that your upload went through, and our reply, whether it is an approval, a rejection or a request for more.
Before your first deposit: a checklist
- You are 18 or over, and the account and every payment method carry your own name.
- You know your method's minimum (A$30 for cards and MiFinity) sits above the A$20 offer minimum.
- You know which withdrawal route a future balance would use.
- You have decided whether to take the welcome offer and whether its seven-day pace suits you.
- A deposit limit that fits your budget is already switched on.
Our registration page goes through the form field by field, including what to do if the confirmation email never arrives.
VegasNow on your phone
Neither Apple's App Store nor Google Play carries a verified VegasNow app. The casino works through the browser on your phone instead, with the same lobby, cashier and account tools you see on a computer. For a shortcut, load the site in Safari or Chrome and pick the browser's Add to Home Screen option. That places an icon on your phone which opens VegasNow in one tap, much like an app would.
Please ignore APK downloads posted elsewhere. We do not offer an Android download file, so anything claiming to be ours comes from someone else, and installing it means trusting an unknown source with your login.
Your account is the same on every device. A deposit made on a laptop shows on your phone, and a bonus clock keeps running whichever screen you use. On a shared tablet or family phone, sign out when you finish and do not let the browser save your password.
When something stalls on a phone
Note where it stopped: the whole site, the sign-in screen or a single game. Check your transaction history before trying a deposit again, because a frozen screen does not mean the payment failed. If you contact us, include the phone model, the operating system version and the browser, which narrows the cause far faster than a general description.
Weekly promotions and the VegasNow loyalty programme
After your fourth welcome deposit, the AU promotions page takes over with nine recurring offers. Here is how they line up:
Lucky 7s Load Up
Tuesdays, 77% up to A$77, and you can claim it more than once. An A$100 deposit reaches the A$77 ceiling exactly; anything above that adds nothing to the bonus.
Friday Night Spotlight
40 free spins per qualifying deposit made on a Friday, played on that week's spotlight game.
The other seven
Diamond Club Blackjack Cashback, Sunday Split, Grand Mondays, Free Spins Flush, 7-Deadly Spins, 3-of-a-kind Thursdays and the Monthly Bankroll Booster. Read each one's terms on its offer card; we quote only what is published.
No-deposit offers
There is no no-deposit offer at VegasNow: no free credit and no free spins without a deposit. Lists of secret codes on other sites did not come from us.
The no-stacking rule applies here too, so a Tuesday reload has to wait until an unfinished welcome stage is cleared or declined. Where an offer's own terms are silent, our general bonus defaults apply.
Loyalty points and the Sin City lounge
Real-money play earns loyalty points. A$25 of pokie stakes earns one point; roulette needs A$100 per point, and blackjack and baccarat need A$250. Points carry you up a ladder of seven tiers, each named for a Las Vegas venue: everyone starts at Golden Glimmer, and Bella Vista is the summit. You can also trade points in the Loyalty Store for bonus credit. The smallest trade is 200 points for A$5 at the opening tier. At the pokie rate, 200 points means A$5,000 wagered, and the bonus you receive still carries 40× wagering. Sin City, the VIP lounge, sits outside the ladder: entry is by invitation, not by reaching a points number.
Sports betting on your VegasNow account
VegasNow is best known for its casino, but the same login opens a sportsbook. It is split into four tabs, Sports for pre-match markets, In-Play, Virtual Sports and Esports, and it has a promotions page of its own. There you will find a sports welcome match (100%, capped at A$200) and a weekly Lucky Score & Spin offer paid in free spins. At 100%, an A$200 deposit is the most that can count towards that match.
- Bet types: single, express (what most Australians call a multi) and system bets.
- Cash-out is offered on some markets.
- Deposits must be wagered 3× before withdrawal unless stated otherwise.
- Maximum stakes vary by sport, event and market.
- Under the rules, document checks can take up to 30 days, and a look back over betting activity up to 180.
The sportsbook is covered by the casino's Curaçao licence. Keep in mind that the casino welcome package covers casino and live casino games only, so it cannot fund sports bets. Our sports betting page sets out the sportsbook rules in full.
Contacting VegasNow support, and mistakes worth avoiding
You can reach us through the live chat window on the site, or by writing to support@vegasnow.com. A clear first message saves several rounds of back-and-forth, so match the detail to the problem:
| Your issue | What to include |
|---|---|
| A bonus has not appeared | Offer name, any code used, deposit amount, transaction reference and time |
| A withdrawal is still pending | Amount, method, when you submitted it and the status shown |
| A pokie or live round froze | Game title, time and time zone, any round reference, device |
| You cannot sign in | The exact message on screen, plus your device and browser |
| A document was rejected | The date of the request and the reason given |
Leave out passwords, one-time codes and full card numbers; nobody at VegasNow needs them in a chat. Ask for a case reference and keep follow-ups in the same thread so the timeline stays readable.
For a missing bonus, one precise question works best: does this deposit qualify for this offer? If the answer points to a condition, ask for the exact clause and the version that applied on the day you deposited, and keep it with the offer details.
Five mistakes we see often
- Paying A$20 by card for an A$20 offer. The card range starts at A$30, and a method's floor outranks the offer's.
- Typing VEGAS2 on the first deposit. Stage one needs no code; VEGAS2 belongs to the second deposit.
- Starting a reload while a welcome stage is live. The new offer cannot run until the current one ends.
- Playing baccarat to clear wagering. It contributes 0%.
- Depositing again to test a missing bonus. Ask about the first transaction before making another.
VegasNow licence, operator and responsible play
Just Entertainment B.V., company number 160603 in Curaçao, is the business behind VegasNow. Its licence, number OGL/2024/164/0246, was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (the body also called the Curaçao Gaming Control Board) on 13 August 2024, and the register shows it as active. You can check this yourself: the public licence certificate names the holder, gives the status and lists the domains approved under the licence, vegasnow.com among them. This site is where we explain the casino; your account, deposits and play all happen on vegasnow.com. Our licensing page sets out the record line by line.
Playing responsibly
Only adults can hold a VegasNow account: you must be 18 or older. Treat each deposit as the price of entertainment, never as a way to earn. Your account lets you cap deposits or exclude yourself. Note that, under our terms, a deposit limit does not reach crypto deposits, so if crypto is part of how you play, a limit alone will not hold; talk to support about closing or excluding the account if you need a firmer stop.
For free, confidential help at any hour, call 1800 858 858 for Gambling Help Online. BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, applies to Australian-licensed wagering providers, so to step away from VegasNow, switch on self-exclusion inside your account as well. Our responsible gambling page lists further options for you and for people close to you.

VegasNow casino: questions and answers
Does VegasNow hold a gambling licence?
It does. The holder is Just Entertainment B.V., under Curaçao Gaming Authority number OGL/2024/164/0246, active since 13 August 2024. The certificate at cert.cga.cw is public, lists vegasnow.com among the approved domains, and can be checked without an account.
What is the smallest deposit that earns a VegasNow bonus?
Each welcome offer needs A$20, but the payment method's own minimum comes first: A$30 for cards and MiFinity, A$25 for a Cashtocode voucher. As an example, A$30 by card at the first stage earns an A$45 bonus, which then needs A$1,800 of wagering within seven days.
Which welcome stages need a promo code?
Your first deposit goes through with no code. Use VEGAS2 for the second, VEGAS3 for the third and VEGAS4 for the fourth, entered as you make that deposit. If a bonus is still running from the previous stage, finish or decline it first.
Can I pay in with PayID, POLi or Neosurf?
Not at VegasNow Australia. Our AU deposit table does not include any of those three. Instead you can use Visa or Mastercard, MiFinity, a Cashtocode voucher or a supported cryptocurrency, each with its own minimum.
Is there a VegasNow app to download?
There is no verified VegasNow app on the App Store or Google Play. The casino runs in your mobile browser, and a Home Screen shortcut gives you one-tap access. Please do not install APK files that claim to be a VegasNow app.
Does VegasNow offer a no-deposit bonus?
No. Every welcome stage starts with a deposit, and we do not run free-credit or free-spin offers that skip one. Code lists on other websites promising something for nothing are not ours, so treat them with suspicion.
How do withdrawals work for Australian players?
You request a withdrawal from your account. Verification comes first, methods must be in your name, and each deposit needs 3× turnover. Bank transfer handles A$300 up to A$6,000 and MiFinity A$30 up to A$4,000, while crypto ranges are set coin by coin. Daily, weekly and monthly caps apply, and large amounts may be split into instalments.
Can I turn down the welcome bonus?
Yes. Our general bonus terms let you decline a bonus. Skipping it makes sense when the 40× wagering would mean a pace you are not comfortable with, for example the A$6,000 that an A$150 first-stage bonus requires within seven days.
What if my withdrawal is bigger than the daily cap?
The terms set caps of A$6,000 a day, A$12,000 a week and A$42,000 a month, measured in UTC calendar periods. A larger amount is paid across more than one period, and large sums may arrive in instalments. Support can tell you how a specific request will be split.
Can I bet on sport with my VegasNow account?
Yes. One login covers the casino and the sportsbook, which offers pre-match, In-Play, Virtual Sports and Esports markets under the same Curaçao licence. The sports welcome match is 100% up to A$200. The sports betting page covers its rules.
